DCMA - Copyright Policy

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Guidelines

We uphold high standards for intellectual property protection and respect all third-party creative rights across our website. In accordance with United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act rules outlined in 17 U.S.C. §512(c), copyright owners and their official agents may submit formal takedown requests to our platform’s DMCA contact. As an online service provider, we benefit from DMCA safe harbor protections that exempt us from liability for user-submitted infringing content.
For your infringement claim to be legally valid and enforceable, your notice must include all mandatory information below:

Valid Infringement Notice Criteria

  • Legitimate handwritten or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  • Full identification details of the copyrighted original work being infringed upon;
  • Complete description and precise webpage URLs of the infringing material targeted for removal;
  • Full claimant contact credentials: legal name, physical address, email, phone and fax numbers;
  • A good-faith declaration that the content’s usage is not authorized by the copyright rights holder;
  • A verified statement under penalty of perjury confirming information accuracy and legal authorization to represent the copyright owner.
Federal law under 17 USC §512(f) imposes civil fines, legal costs and attorney fees on parties who knowingly submit misleading or false information in DMCA takedown notices.

All removal requests must be filed via our official Contact page. Email submissions are preferred to ensure rapid review and response.

We retain the right to share your claim details and personal identity with the user accused of copyright violation. Filing a takedown notice indicates your full agreement to this information disclosure practice.

Content Reinstatement via Counter Notification

If your site content has been disabled or removed due to a copyright infringement allegation, you have the right to submit a counter-notification to request restoration. Per federal statute 17 USC 512(g)(3), your counter notice must include:
  • Your valid physical or electronic signature;
  • Thorough description of the removed content and its original online location;
  • A sworn statement confirming that content removal was caused by error or incorrect material identification;
  • Your full name, residential address and telephone number, jurisdictional consent to applicable U.S. federal district courts, and agreement to accept legal service from the original complaining party.
Counter-notification submissions should be sent through our Contact channel; email delivery is strongly encouraged.

Recurring Infringement Policy

Our platform strictly enforces DMCA compliance standards. We maintain systematic records of all copyright claims submitted by rights holders and actively monitor for repeat infringers. Any user proven to repeatedly violate copyright regulations will face immediate account termination.

Policy Update Terms

This DMCA policy may be modified, updated or revised at our sole discretion without prior notice. Users are advised to review this page frequently to track any policy changes.

Intellectual Property & Publicity Rights Protection

Our mission is to deliver unique fan-designed custom products to global consumers. We collaborate with international freelance designers and conduct strict pre-launch design audits. Rarely, unoriginal or plagiarized designs may evade our review process. If you identify your original artwork on our platform without proper authorization and hold valid proof of ownership, we will remove the disputed content within 24 hours and provide credited recognition.

Copyright covers original creative works fixed in physical or digital tangible forms, including visual art and written literary content. Trademark protections apply to unique branding elements such as names, symbols and graphical logos used to distinguish product sources. Publicity rights protect individual personal identity, prohibiting commercial use of someone’s name, image or likeness without prior consent.

To file a rights infringement report, please prepare:
  • Direct URL link to the infringing item page
  • Authentic proof of original artwork ownership
  • Your full name and up-to-date contact information
